About our 14-Day Free Trial

Ministry Pass offers a 14-day free trial to all new customers. Simply go to MinistryPass.com and click the green button to start your free trial! 

A credit card is required to sign up for a free trial, but will not be charged until the trial ends. 

You can cancel your account by sending a request to [email protected] OR by using the chat box at the bottom-right side of the screen. 

Please be sure to cancel DURING your free trial if you decide that Ministry Pass is not for you. We do not offer refunds for trials not canceled in time.

Free trials are limited to 1 per customer, NOT 1 per email address. You may be charged for any trials after the 1st free trial which will begin your 12-month commitment.

Please do not create duplicate accounts. If you forget your login information, please contact our Support team. We are happy to help you!
